Advancing Technology, Caring & Nursing

Rozzano C. Locsin
RN C; Ph.D.

Associate Professor of Nursing
Christine E. Lynn College of Nursing
Florida Atlantic University

Invigorating my philosophical views of human beings are conceptualizations of wholeness of persons, particularly as influenced by technologies in nursing practice, competency, and the caring of/for persons dependent on mechanical devices, and the prospect of futuristic appreciations of humans as “beings” demanding and expecting nursing congruence in a post-human world.
